Our journey began with a simple but powerful belief: that young people have the potential to create meaningful change when given the right platform and support. Through Telsem, we're building more than just an organization – we're creating a global community where teens can connect, grow, and make their mark on the world.

What makes me most proud is seeing how our sub-associations have become spaces where teenagers from different backgrounds come together, share their passions, and support each other's growth. Whether it's through our Logical Speakers debates, Tech Dudes innovations, or Poetic Souls creativity, every member brings something unique to our community.

honestly, when ilory and i started this, we just wanted to create something real for teenagers – not another boring organization, but a place where young people could actually be themselves and pursue what they're passionate about.

what i love most about our community is how genuine everyone is. whether someone's into tech, poetry, debates, or just wants to connect with others, there's a space for them here. we've seen friendships form across continents, ideas turn into projects, and shy teens become confident leaders.
